Adelaide rockers Bad//Dreems are the latest addition to the Farmer And The Owl family, joining the Wollongong-based label ahead of their upcoming third record.
For seven years now, Bad//Dreems have served as one of the finest musical exports out of Adelaide.
Delivering a powerful and enigmatic brand of rock music, the group have found a devoted following over the years, selling out gigs around the country and serving up a live show that has to be seen to be believed.
Releasing their debut record Dogs At Bay in 2015, the group followed this up with 2017’s Gutful. Now, with their third album set for release later in 2019, Bad//Dreems have signed to Farmer And The Owl’s acclaimed roster.
“We are really excited to be working with Farmer And The Owl,” explained Bad//Dreems guitarist Alex Cameron of the signing. “What they’ve done in Wollongong scene is amazing.”
“We’re big fans of how they’ve translated that passion and commitment into their label. We’re honoured to be a part of it.”

Joining a roster that includes the likes of Hockey Dad, Totally Unicorn, The Pinheads, TEES, and Tropical Strength, Bad//Dreems are the latest addition to the label, which has been going from strength to strength in recent times.
“From the time we heard Bad//Dreems’ Badlands EP, we have been a big fans of the band,” explained Farmer And The Owl’s Jeb Taylor and Ben Tillman.
“We have worked with them in various capacities, hosting them for in stores at Music Farmers and at Yours And Owls Festival.”
“We have watched them grow and evolve into one of the most loved bands in the country,” they continued. “We are pumped to welcome them to our label family and look forward to bringing fans their third studio LP via Farmer And The Owl in 2019.”
Bad//Dreems are set to release the first taste of their third album in a matter of weeks. The group are set to be busy going ahead, having been handpicked to support Midnight Oil in the UK, and with a run of local dates on the horizon as well.
