Now, an opportunity for the high-profile role of News Editor has opened up, and The Brag Media are looking for someone – possibly just like you! – to join the team.

The role requires a range of talents and skills, including exceptional writing and grammar, a strong understanding of trends and culture, and critical thinking expertise with an ability to analyse trends and make swift content decisions.

Meanwhile, a strong understanding of social platform changes, trends and algorithms is required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong hold on data analytics is a must.

But what does the job entail? Well, in addition to being responsible for keeping an eye out for the sort of content that would go well for our litany of titles, the role of News Editor would see you working closely alongside our editorial staff, maintaining a high-quality and consistent output while also keeping an eye on trends, breaking news, and data analysis for weekly reports.

While the role of News Editor would ideally see you working from our Sydney office, the best part is that if you happen to be the superstar that we’re looking for, you’d have the freedom to work remotely from just about anywhere.
