Select Music’s Jimmy Kleiner has wasted no time time since joining the booking agency late last month, having just signed 18-year-old wunderkind Tulliah.

TIO can exclusively announce Tulliah, an Unearthed High finalist – and impressive singer-songwriter with a message wise beyond her years – has joined RÜFÜS DU SOL, Amy Shark, Thelma Plum, Boy & Bear, and Skegss on Select Music’s roster.

The Mornington Peninsula native has been welcomed with open arms for her heart-on-sleeve lyrics and warm enveloping delivery. Her single ‘Company’, which you can check out below, saw her take one of just five coveted triple j Unearthed High finalist spots.

Select Music Agent Jimmy Kleiner said:

“It’s clear that Tulliah is a strong talent and it is truly exciting to see such a young artist creating world-class music. Beyond the music, both Tulliah and her manager, Damien [Platt, of Palms Management], are wonderful people and I’m thrilled to be working with them. Couldn’t be prouder that Tulliah is my first signing to Select Music – welcome to the family!”

At 15, while growing up on her family farm, Tulliah broke her ankle falling off a horse. Instead of bingeing Netflix and scrolling through her recovery, Tulliah began writing music.

Now at 18, Tulliah supported GRAACE on an Australian tour in July and this week (August 25) will perform White Night on The Push Stage alongside Ball Park Music, Thelma Plum and more.

Tulliah said of the signing:

“Three years ago Mum would drop me off at the shops to busk outside IGA with a broken ankle. This is so crazy to now be represented by Select Music. I can’t wait to preform live shows and to tell my stories through song to audiences around Australia.”

With one of the most successful independent Australian-owned agencies in the country on her side, we expect you’ll hear a lot more from Tulliah in the coming months.
