The Veronicas are set to receive their own reality TV program

If you’ve ever wanted an inside look at one of Australia’s most successful sibling duos, then you might want to check out the new reality TV show focusing on The Veronicas.

It’s hard to believe it’s been so long, but for the last 15 years, The Veronicas have served as one of Australia’s most successful musical duos.

Comprised of twin sisters Lisa and Jess Origliasso, the Brisbane sisters have released three albums, countless singles, and have seen constant chart success as a result. Now, with a new record on the way, the pair are set to be the subject of a new TV show, documenting their lives.

As Media Week reports, MTV Australia is producing the new series which is currently known by its working title of Jess & Lisa: The Veronicas.

Premiering later this year, the show is set to give fans an inside look into the personal lives of Lisa and Jess Origliasso, undoubtedly showing some of their renowned creative process along the way.

“We continue to invest in great content, and are committed to connecting audiences with the music and artists they love,” explained Bruce Gillmer, Viacom’s global head of music and talent, MTV International’s co-brand head.

“The Veronicas were part of our first-ever MTV PUSH launch in 2009, and we are so excited to work with them again and give fans a new, behind the scenes look into their lives and music in a way only MTV can do.”

“We grew up with MTV and to be able to create a show together, bringing people closer inside our lives of music and as sisters, is going to be a wild ride,” added Jess and Lisa Origliasso.

While more details are expected about this new program in the coming months, you can be sure that this will be another major success for The Veronicas.
