Top U.K. PR agency Inside Out set to launch in Australia

Inside Out, one of the U.K.’s leading music and entertainment PR agencies, is set to arrive in Australia in 2021.

The agency will open its doors in Sydney this year, the current home city of Chloe Melick, Inside Out’s co-founder and director.

“Inside Out will connect the UK and Australian markets in a more meaningful way than ever before – offering strategic, integrated and creative PR solutions, reputation management, crisis management and consultancy for success across international markets,” Chloe said about the launch.

“The ever evolving media landscape and growing number of media platforms means that the power of a strong, cohesive narrative has never been more important than it is right now. Harnessing that across territories to create truly international stories is by far the most effective way to implement impactful campaigns.”

Working across music, entertainment, branding, talent management and more, Inside Out has managed campaigns for some of the world’s most talented artists in recent years.

Christine and the Queens, alt-J, CHVRCHES, Emeli Sandé, George Ezra, Kelis, Lady Gaga, Lily Allen, Lorde, Robyn, and Wolf Alice are just some of the stellar artists they’ve worked alongside.

Alongside its award-winning artist campaigns, the agency has worked on projects for clients such as Fender, Playstation, NME Awards, Green Man Festival, Latitude Festival, the AIM Awards, and London’s iconic Somerset House,

They’ve also worked on artists-adjacent campaigns including Kelis’ Bounty & Full projects and restaurant pop ups, Lily Allen’s #1 selling book and sex toy, Robyn’s Bjorn Borg clothing range, Lady Gaga’s Oscar-winning movie debut A Star Is Born, George Ezra’s podcasts and Mind charity events, Yung Lean and the Sad Boys various fashion collaborations, and WARP’s 30th Anniversary.

Since launching in 2012, Inside Out has been shortlisted for the Music Week Award for PR Campaign in 2013 (for alt-J), 2015 (George Ezra), 2017 (Christine and the Queens), and again in 2019 (George Ezra, for a second time).

The agency has also previously won two Record of the Day Awards – for Best PR Campaign For A Breakthrough Act and Best Independent PR Person – and came runner up as Best Independent PR Company.
